
This is usually caused due to an IIS/DB connectivity issue.Please follow these instructions:
- open SystemConfig tool (located either on the desktop, or in c:\actus\bin)
- access the License panel on the left
- click “Copy License to Clipboard”
- paste the license into the empty box
- click Install New License
- open a raised CMD (right-click, Run As Administrator)
- type iisreset
That should fix the issue.
